LeRoy Pingho is a seasoned Chair, CEO, and Board Member. He has held executive roles in startup companies as well as Fortune 500 financial services and telecommunications companies. As former senior executive at MCI Telecommunications, Fannie Mae, and Charles Schwab, he envisioned, built, and managed major organizations and large-scale, multi-year capital and operating budgets. In 2003, he founded PAC, Inc., a management and IT consulting firm, which he grew from a bootstrapped, self-funded startup to a company of over 1,500 associates and revenues of over $150 million in less than four years. LeRoy is also the founder and CEO of Great Elm Solutions, a management consulting firm in the Washington, DC area. Since 2010, LeRoy has worked with various investors to create and grow several companies and has also undertaken the task of turn-arounds of over a dozen companies. Currently, LeRoy serves as Chair of Engagement, Executive Chair of Curator Solutions, Executive Chair of Virtual Job Shadow, and Executive Chair of ProctorExam. In 2018, LeRoy concluded his role as the Executive Chair/CEO of QuadLearning and wound-up operations as Executive Chair/CEO of Overture Technologies. LeRoy also serves as an advisor to many international and domestic founders, investors, and companies.
