Since 2016, James has served as a Creative Director through his design and brand strategy firm. He partners with purpose-driven organizations to define brands, navigate communications challenges, and craft memorable digital experiences. Prior to starting his own firm, he spent 15 years as a Creative Director and Partner at Threespot, where his clients included The Brookings Institution, Planned Parenthood, Pew Charitable Trusts, and BBC America.
