Descriptions: The C5 Accelerator in Washington DC is looking to fill a Summer Program Support internship position.
Duties and Responsibilities: Assist the Program Manager in operating the Summer 2019 program design, implementation and logistics. The Program Support Intern will assist the team with conducting due diligence on potential applicants and building the start-up pipeline. Additionally, he or she will assist in administrative, marketing and event support as needed.
Possible tasks include recruiting startups, assisting with program curriculum for the 6-10 startup companies in the cohort, managing the network of mentors for the program and supporting the entrepreneurs throughout their eight weeks with their startups.
Desired Qualifications: Full-time student from any discipline (business degree preferred). Successful applicants will possess a good understanding of and interest in startups, technology, and entrepreneurship; excellent research, writing (in English), and critical thinking skills; attention to detail, creativity, good inter-personal skills, and the ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must have a working knowledge of MS Office.
